Harriet Sonne de Torrens is currently completing her Ph.D. at the Institute of Art History, University of Copenhagen. She is co-founder and co-organizer of Baptisteria Sacra: An Iconographic Index of Baptismal Fonts, which catalogues approximately 3,500 examples from the Early Christian Era to the seventeenth century. She is also owner/moderator of Medart-L, a listserver on medieval art historical issues.
